The service

The Orrery Founding Moment Charter is a limited concierge service for adults. You bring one upcoming action and either two to six workable candidate dates occurring within the next 90 days or a bounded 7-, 14-, or 30-day search window fully contained within that horizon. Orrery compares the options using calculated astronomical conditions, a clearly identified traditional timing framework, and the practical constraints you provide. After defining the action and dates, you choose Sky timing or, when the verified capability is explicitly enabled, Personal timing.

For Personal timing, Orrery predeclares one planet relevant to your action before viewing candidate results. A local deterministic natal calculator calculates that planet’s longitude from the birth details you supply, then compares the transiting Moon’s candidate-by-candidate geometry to that fixed longitude under a pinned method. The base Orrery result is unchanged; the overlay is a separate calculated and interpretive layer. Sky timing requires no birth details.

Exact birth time improves precision. When birth time is unknown, the calculator evaluates the full valid local birth-day range. If the sole predeclared target is not stable across that range, Orrery will offer a Sky-timing conversion and proceed only with your agreement, or provide a full refund. Houses and chart angles remain excluded.

The Charter includes a recommendation, a runner-up or alternate windows, tradeoffs, a preparation plan, a method ledger, a private printable document, and one focused clarification or revision.

Your decision remains yours

Orrery helps time and prepare for an action that you have already decided is feasible. It does not decide whether you should take the action, and it does not promise what will happen.

You are responsible for checking schedules, safety, cost, weather, visa requirements, professional instructions, consent, and every other real-world requirement. Urgent action and advice from a qualified professional always take priority over Orrery.

What the method does—and does not—claim

Astronomical positions can be calculated precisely. Orrery then applies a traditional astrological timing framework and human judgment. That interpretive framework is tradition, not scientifically established causation, validated prediction, or a probability model. Adding birth details and calculating a natal longitude changes the interpretive inputs; it does not change that scientific limitation.

No date is guaranteed to produce a desired result. Rankings express relative fit under the disclosed method and your stated constraints, not odds of success, fate, certainty, or professional advice.

Eligibility and suitable requests

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Charter.

You agree not to use the service to facilitate harm or illegal activity, respond to a crisis, delay urgent help, decide treatment, determine legal rights or deadlines, choose an investment or credit transaction, or make a consequential decision about a minor's health, safety, custody, education, or welfare.

Proposals, investor pitches, interviews, launches, negotiations, celebrations, trips, moves, important conversations, family events, personal care, and everyday choices can be suitable when Orrery is timing the action rather than deciding its underlying wisdom or predicting its outcome.

Price, acceptance, and payment

The founding price is $49. A $25 reservation holds limited manual capacity and is credited toward that total. Orrery reviews the request before work begins. If accepted, the remaining $24 is due before analysis starts.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery is due within two business days after Orrery has accepted the request, received a complete intake, verified the balance payment, and notified you that analysis is beginning. Orrery will contact you if missing information or an operational delay changes that timing.

One clarification or revision is included when it keeps the same action and inputs. A new action, materially different constraints, or replacement candidate set is a new request. Orrery will correct its own material factual error without charging for the included revision.

Refunds and cancellations

You may request a refund of amounts paid before Orrery sends the written notice that analysis is beginning. If Orrery declines the request or cannot fulfill it, all amounts paid are refunded.

If a Personal request cannot produce a stable result under the published unknown-time rule, Orrery will proceed with Sky timing only after your agreement. If you do not agree, all amounts paid for that Charter are refunded.

After analysis begins, refunds are considered under the published service policy and applicable consumer law. A material service failure or core factual error will be addressed fairly through correction, rework, or an appropriate refund. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.

Your information

You retain ownership of what you submit. You give Orrery permission to use it only to review, fulfill, deliver, support, and lawfully administer your order. Share only information needed to compare timing; do not submit someone else's private information without their permission.

Partner birth data is not collected in this founding intake. A future relationship option, if offered, would be separate and require clear permission from the people whose information is used.

Service availability and responsibility

Orrery is a small founding beta with limited capacity. It may pause new reservations, decline a request, correct the method, or discontinue the beta while fulfilling or refunding existing obligations.

The service is provided with reasonable care, but it may contain errors and cannot guarantee availability or a desired result. To the extent permitted by law, Orrery's liability arising from one Charter will not exceed the amount paid for that Charter. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow Orrery to exclude.

Changes and contact

Material changes apply prospectively and will be dated on this page. The terms in effect when you reserve govern that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
